My Experience at the Trifferent Day Retreat: A Journey of Connection, Relaxation, and Refocusing

In August, I had the incredible opportunity to collaborate on the creation of the Trifferent Day Retreat in Northern Italy, a quaint village in the countryside close to where I grew up. This exclusive experience was designed to foster connection, relaxation, and a renewed sense of focus. It was a unique and transformative day, combining a range of activities aimed at enhancing both mental and physical well-being. The retreat offered participants a carefully curated schedule of activities, including:


  • 3 hours of mental and team coaching sessions: These sessions, led by the amazing Jessica from Trifference, were designed to help participants gain clarity, improve team dynamics, and develop personal growth strategies. Jessica's expertise and engaging style made these sessions incredibly impactful, offering profound insights into personal and professional development.

  • A 1-hour yoga session: Accessible to everyone, even those who had never practiced yoga before, this session focused on gentle movements and mindfulness.

  • 30 minutes of sound healing: A deeply relaxing experience that uses sound vibrations to promote healing and well-being.

  • Meditations: Guided meditations aimed at helping participants find inner peace and clarity.

  • Emotional and physical awareness exercises: Activities designed to enhance the connection between the mind and body, fostering a deeper understanding of oneself.

  • Rejuvenating contact with nature: Time spent outdoors, reconnecting with the natural world, which is essential for mental clarity and relaxation.

  • Meaningful human connection (and networking): Opportunities to engage with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

  • A delicious and healthy buffet dinner: A meal that nourished both the body and soul, allowing participants to relax and enjoy the company of new friends.


The day was dedicated to exploring how the mind influences our emotional states and discussing strategies to “defend” oneself against limiting mental patterns. It was a rich, 7-hour experience of quality time designed to relax the body, mind, and spirit, helping participants rejuvenate through contact with nature, good food, and great company.
